The first session will be a 15-20 minute call so that we can identify your needs. Then, we will evaluate where you’re at currently and brainstorm future goals during The Assessment Phase. Please see the Services section to learn more about what you can expect.

1. I am neurotypical. How can Mabel help me become a better leader?

The rate of Neurodiversity (ASDs, ADHD, PDD, Dyslexia, and more) diagnoses has risen in recent years. In the year 2000, 1 in 150 children were diagnosed with ASD, and in 2022, 1 in 44 children were diagnosed with ASD. Being aware of this workforce trend will help you create an inclusive space that allows you to better coach those who are neurodiverse. You’ll also be able to communicate without having to feel the need to mask. Instead of being reclusive and zapping your energy, I’ll teach you how to make meaningful relationships!

2. How often can I do sessions with you?

Each individual can purchase a 12-session package.
